Relocating from Studham to Pepperstock, Harpers Foods needed a builder to complete their new premises in a short timescale whilst maintaining the high standard of workmanship that is expected.
Harrskel are proud of what was achieved on this project and have created with it a strong and lasting relationship.
Harrskel commenced this project knowing that they only had a 14 week timescale to achieve the relocation of Harpers Foods from their previous premises at Studham. The project required some demolition, a large extension for the shop and function room, and in the end, a complete strip out and refurbishment of the original building.
The original building is circa 200 years old, bringing with it some unforeseen, but expected issues. These coupled with the timescale meant Harrskel’s experience and knowledge truly shone through to achieve the end product on time. We strongly believe Harrskel were the only ones that would have maintained the high standards that we set on ourselves whilst completing the project successfully for Harpers Foods to relocate on time.
The project success was not only achieved by the hard work and experience that Harrskel bring, the strong relationship that was built with Peter Harper and the rest of the Harpers team, but also the confidence and backing from the Harpers team.
We would recommend anyone to take a trip to witness the project and sample some of the produce from Harpers Foods.
Constructing a basement with a rear extension and complete refurbishment to a mid terrace Victorian property would make some builders a bit nervous. Harrskel, however, delivered the same level of service and workmanship that they offer all their clients. The project also included a complete renovation of the property.
